East Regional Open Water Championships
Effectively, this is the Essex County Open Water Championships. Swimmers from Essex clubs need to qualify at East Region for qualifying times that permit them to enter the National Open Water Championships. Swimmers from London clubs, however, must enter the London Region Open Water Championships in order to gain their qualifying times.

The meet welcomes Regional Para and Special Olympics althletes eligible for Para (S7–S14) and SOGB events.
The closing date for entries and payment is June 15th, 2026
