The East Region Inter County Champs took place on 9 Nov. 2019.
It was a very close gala with Essex & Bedfordshire swapping places all the time. In the end it went down to the last couple of relays.
Essex eventually turned out winners by 6:5 points.
A great effort by the team and brilliant team spirit.
