IMPORTANT SPECTATOR ANNOUNCEMENT BLOCK C

SATURDAY

1, Up until the start of the 3rd  warm up only 1 spectator per swimmer will be permitted entry- These spectators in the queue will have been given an XXXX colour ticket numbered ticket after their swimmers name has been checked on the list-

PLEASE NOTE If a spectator arrives AFTER the 3rd warm up has started they will ‘lose’ this privilege and will have to join the ‘extra spectators queue

  1. After the 3rd  warm up has started any ‘extra’ spectators in the queue will be permitted entry on a ‘first come first served basis- These spectators in the Queue will have been given an XXX coloured numbered ticket ( a different  colour )- once full this queue will be permitted entry 1 out 1 in basis – therefore all spectators in this queue may not get in during the session

3 Spectators for relay swimmers and any remaining ‘extra’ spectators in the queue will be permitted entry at the start of the finals

SUNDAY

  1. Up until the start of the last Warm up for the 1st session 1 spectator per swimmer will be permitted entry- These spectators in the queue will have been given an XXXX colour ticket numbered ticket after their swimmers name has been checked on the list-

Spectators arriving for the afternoon session only MUST arrive before the start of the LAST warm up of SESSION 9 PLEASE NOTE If a spectator arrives AFTER the last warm up for session 9  has started they will ‘lose’ this privilege and will have to join the ‘extra spectators queue

  1. After the LAST   warm up has started for session 8 any ‘extra’ spectators in the queue will be permitted entry on a ‘first come first served basis- These spectators in the Queue will have been given an XXX coloured numbered ticket ( a different  colour )- once full this queue will be permitted entry 1 out 1 in basis – therefore all ‘extra spectators’ for the morning session will only be permitted entry if there is space after ‘reserving’ space for spectators who are there for the afternoon only
  2. Once the LAST warm up has started for session 9 any ‘extra’ spectators in the queue will be permitted entry on a ‘first come first served basis- These spectators in the Queue will have been given an XXX coloured numbered ticket ( a different  colour )- once full this queue will be permitted entry 1 out 1 in basis – therefore all spectators in this queue may not get in during the session
  3. Spectators for relay swimmers in session 8 will be permitted entry at the start of the finals- A list of relay swimmers names will be held at the entrance desk
  4. Spectators for relay swimmers in session 9 and any remaining ‘extra’ spectators in the queue will be permitted entry at the start of the finals for session 9
