Masters Development Day - 7th April 2018

The East Region Masters Development Day will offer a mixture of sessions to help Masters swimmers, including psychology, strength and conditioning and a 1.5 hour long course pool session.

Venue: Basildon Sporting Village, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3GR

Time: 12pm – 6pm

Cost for the day: £15 per person, including lunch
