Essex triumphed at the East Junior Championships last Sunday. They beat Suffolk, Beds and Herts B, before beating Herts A 2-1 in a tense final, which also saw Herts miss a penalty
Following on from her win in the 200m Butterfly at the European Junior Championships in Belgrade, Elena Sheridan broke her own 200m Fly British Junior Record when winning the Commonwealth Youth Games on the Isle of Man on 10th September 2011.
