Clacton Swimming Club (1931) Round The Pier Swim – SUNDAY 28th JULY 2013

A Charity Swim supporting the RNLI – Anglefield Breakwater to West Greensward

Approximately 1200m Open Water Swim

Registration & Briefing – 1.00pm Start – 1.30pm

Junior Race – 14 to 16 Year Olds (Age as at 31st December 2013)
Senior Race – 17 Years and Over (Age as at 31st December 2013)

Individual Entry Fee - £ 8.00

All entrants must be ASA Category 2 Registered Competitors to satisfy ASA Insurance conditions giving Civil Liability & Personal Accident insurance cover whilst participating in the event.

To: Club Secretaries, Past Presidents, Life Members, and Members of the Management Committee

The AGM of the County Association will be held on Wednesday 5th DECEMBER at 7.30pm at Gable Hall School, Southend Road, Stanford-le-Hope Essex, SS17 8JT.

I enclose nomination forms for the Executive Committee, which should to be completed and returned to me by 23rd November 2012. We would like to encourage more representatives from all Clubs in the county to join the existing team of hardworking Volunteers to join the County’s Management Committees. If you are interested in joining the Committee or would like further information about what is involved then please feel free to contact me. The enclosed nomination form may be photocopied should you require additional copies.

Clubs are reminded that should they wish to propose any resolutions to be discussed at the AGM; such resolutions must be proposed, seconded and submitted in writing to the Secretary by the 23rd November 2012.

To make our annual dinner and dance a success we need to have the support from the clubs friends, and colleagues. So please come along and support your President and Association at our Annual Dinner and Dance.

This is a very pleasant and entertaining evening, also celebrating the achievements for club members who have excelled in their particular field of water sports over the past year.

Tables will be round, accommodating eight to ten people. The price for reserving a place is £35.00. (Closing date 5^th November 2012). Cheques payable to Essex County A.S.A.
