You may be aware that Water Polo is one of the eight sports that has had its funding cut in the recent announcement by UK Sport.

www.friendsofwaterpolo.co.uk have set up a petition on the 10 Downing Street website to ensure that there is sufficient funding to enable Great Britain to field a men's and a women's Water Polo team at the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Essex ASA urge you all to support the petition.
